 CSA z462: Canadian Arc Flash Code
The second (2012) edition of CSA Z462 is scheduled for release soon!
The upcoming edition is expected to offer Canadian electrical workers technical updates standards and provide considerable resources for improving work and safety. CSA-Z462 will be based in part on NFPA 70E and reflect Canadian legal requirements and workplace conditions.
In association with the NFPA, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) is now finishing up on these new arc flash safety standards. The code is scheduled for release in January 2012.
